The person is always in control and a short pleasant test for hypnotizability is given before any procedure is started or payment made.
Smoking Cessation - Individual or Group
This program is geared towards your becoming a non-smoker at the end of a single two hour session. The focus is on the positives of becoming a nonsmoker rather than the negatives of smoking. It will leave you feeling happy to be a non-smoker and will be different than anything you have tried before. Follow-ups at no charge are available but often not necessary.
Weight Control - Individual or Group
This incorporates a variety of strategies to help people who have struggled with weight problems change their beliefs and attitudes about food and eating. Hypnosis is used to help you relax, concentrate and imprint the changes in your eating habits. The focus is on the "process" of change.
Stress Reduction - Individual or Group
The emphasis is on recognizing the many areas that cause excessive stress and learning how to reduce and eliminate those stressors. Hypnosis is used to help you relax physically, mentally and emotionally.
The individual is gently regressed in order to help understand and resolve current troubling issues. This is normally used in conjunction with ongoing counseling.
The following problems have also been treated using hypnosis as a major tool: obsessions and compulsions, phobias, concentration and memory, sports performance, sexual dysfunction, headaches, insomnia, nail biting and self confidence.
